Finches Cottage was purchased in 2018, by owners Melissa & Tim. Both successful business owners, and keen holiday-goers themselves, they are delighted to be able to offer their cottage as a holiday let, for guests to enjoy.

Aside from working, Melissa & Tim are kept busy with their 2 children, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 ponies and a hamster, and when they can, enjoy breaks both in the UK and abroad as a family.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys horse riding and socialising, whilst Tim can often be found on the nearest golf course.

Leanne manages Finches Cottage, and deals with bookings, admin and general day to day enquiries. 

In her spare time, she enjoys mountain biking, socialising, shopping and dining out.

I would also like to quickly introduce our behind the scenes team – without them, our cottage would not be kept to the standard it is, for you to enjoy.

Paula & Lisa are our housekeepers – They ensure the cottage undergoes a thorough clean between each of our guests, and is prepared to the high standard we promote.

Tony is our handyman – From light bulbs, to cupboard doors, Tony is on hand for any repairs or maintenance work required.

Julia is our Gardener – She makes sure our garden is kept maintained throughout the year, so that we can continue to encourage the local wildlife that the cottage attracts.
